Как известно, еще с версии vSphere 4.1 в VMware поддерживается проброс USB со стороны сервера в виртуальные машины. В версии vSphere 5 функциональность была расширена — стал возможен проброс со стороны клиента.
Список устройств достаточно ограниченный. В нем есть ключи, используемые фирмой 1С для защиты платформы 1С:Предприятие.
